Intervals and Conditioning is the ultimate conditioning class, combining light weight-training and body-weight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance!
Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to activate all the right muscle groups and prevent injury before and during the workout, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs! Our Interval and Conditioning workouts are typically between 20 – 35 minutes long.
