Our Mission Statement
CrossFit Tri-Cities is more than a gym.
It is an all-encompassing health, wellness and fitness community. Strength, Conditioning, mobility, proper sleep and nutrition are all celebrated equally. We put a premium on education, not only for our staff but for our members as well. Our members have access to our reference library, monthly education seminars, monthly nutrition workshops and of course our highly experienced coaching staff.
Our priority is our members and community. Whether you’ve been training for ten years or ten days, you will be challenged and will make progress. Our approach is all inclusive and our programs are for everyone. Pain free, full, strong ranges of motion are our goals. Proper movement, nutrition and recovery are the roadmap.
At CFTC we will give you the tools to achieve it. No matter your background or sport of choice, we can help you achieve your own personal goals.
We offer group classes that are run by one of our experienced coaches. We believe in a high energy and good attitude structure that is conducive to learning. We move well before fast or heavy. We want our training sessions to be fun but also rewarding. We want you to achieve your goals. Our classes are scaled for the individual. Our programming is such that all athletes, regardless of experience will improve in the same class. Our methods are thorough, and we hold ourselves and our members to the highest standards. We are different because we truly care.
