Our 2018 Nutrition Challenge is here.  We are excited for our new program and looking forward to helping everyone reach their summer goals.  Here are the details

1.) Work in small groups with a coach.  (Ratio will not exceed 5 to 1).  We will capping this at 15 total participants.

2.) Get an individualized Meal Plan, weekly check ins, and on going accountability and support to make necessary adjustments and keep you moving in the right direction.

3.) Team atmosphere and group outings to build accountability between teams, private FB groups for tips and recipe exchange as well as small group outings for meal prep and shopping

4.) Meet with your coach on your time.  Weekly one on one accountability check ups in addition to the weekly team meeting.  We want to make sure YOUR goals are being met and that you are confident every step of the way.
