Our weightlifting series are designed to focus on technique and mastery of Olympic weightlifting. The series will meet one day per week for 8 weeks and will have a singular focus for the entirety of the series.
Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement. Breath is the foundation to physical and emotional balance. Beyond inducing relaxation, yogic breathing can actually increase fitness. Studies have found that regular yoga practice with a strong focus on the breath leads to greater lung capacity.
Tri-Cities Power Class
A class for all ability levels. Anyone who is interested in getting stronger, learning how to lift weights, or improve their current lifts can get a lot out of this class. This program includes one in-person class per week, plus homework.
