At SURGE class we are redefining circuit classes for the better! We will be introducing you to a variety of movements that will keep your body moving for a solid 60 minutes. During that 60 minutes each athlete will be rocking out their exercise under the watchful eye and motivation of their coach. When it is time for the next station, you’ll wonder how you are having so much fun!.
Equipment used will be both familiar and new. Some examples of equipment used are sleds, battle ropes and med balls. You will be testing your muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance with each class you attend. SURGE is a workout for everyone!
But we know what you really want. The Burn or “after effect”. That is a really cool thing that happens when you incorporate multiple muscle groups during exercise (compound) and your body keeps burning calories after you are done. Who doesn’t want that?! SURGE hits all those wickets and then some!
