Saturdays, 9–10:30 a.m.
October 13–December 1

A class for all ability levels.  Anyone who is interested in getting stronger, learning how to lift weights, or improve their current lifts can get a lot out of this class. This program includes one in-person class per week, plus homework. 

This class will build on itself, allowing lifters of all abilities to enjoy getting stronger in a safe and fun environment!
